Our country is a conjointed Dictatorship & Democracy.
But Reich is right. What the hell!? The Bush Administration HAS been given a $700 Billion slush fund.
You would think we would have learned something from the slush that was passed around in Iraq, accomplishing nothing except empowering corruption in Iraq for two-handsful of decades.
